3620-14WD
The 3620-14WD & 4220-14WD, models share the same robust design and features, differentiated with either a 36″ or 42″ serrated blades. These heavy-weight disc harrows are ideal for contractors who primarily use 4WD tractors from 300 HP and larger. No matter what the task: land clearing, road building, fire breaks, or soil blending, these disc harrows are built to take on any condition. The 36″/ 42″ notched blade are spaced 20″ apart for deep plowing in heavy trash conditions, mixing and aerating varying soils. Large heavy-duty ductile cast spools have thicker sidewalls than fabricated spools, providing superior durability against rocks.

Excellent Ground Engagement
To provide you the greatest amount of blade digging force Ashland uses heavy 20″ cast the spools place over the 2.5″ gang shaft to give you the highest weight per blade performance. The 36″ unit provide 1,060lbs/blade whereas the 42″ unit 1,123lbs/blade digging force. This type of weight / blade allows you to do more in a single pass.
Oil Bath Bearing
Heavy duty gang beams feature welded gang standards specifically designed with Oil Bath gang bearings for long service life and less downtime in extreme conditions. To withstand extreme conditions, the larger tapered roller bearings and duo-core type seals are enclosed within a rugged ductile cast iron housing assembly. Competitive models with greaseable bearings are more susceptible to seal damage and shorter service life due to over greasing.
Floatation
Two new 445/50R-22.5 tires carry these disc harrows over-demanding job sites and rough field conditions. The lift cylinders provide plenty of ground clearance in soft conditions allowing you to make turns without dragging the blades while cornering.
Trash Clearance
The rear wheel lift system is connected towards the back of the mainframe, which keeps the machine level when backing up in tight areas. Additionally, the lift system within the mainframe provides ample clearance to prevent trash buildup or clogging ahead of the wheels. Convenient hydraulic depth control stops can be added to repeat exacting cutting depth.
