
Make sure the front swivel hitch is tight and has no large gaps. We recommend to keep this 4″ nut drawn up tight to the horizontal yoke. Do not over tighten whereas it can bind and loosen itself up.

Look for loose bolts that secure the hitch onto the front pole. Tighten as needed.

Sometimes dirt can become lodged on the rod end of the lift cylinders. Always remove any dirt built up in this area.

Inspect the pins and retaining bolts in the mainframe pivot, apron pivot and rod end apron cylinder on both sides. Tighten when needed.

With the scraper fully raised, look at the bottom of the scraper to confirm that the blade is not worn excessively to a point that the frog begins to wear. If so replace the blade immediately.

Remove any debris or dirt buildup on the rear dirt shield. Sometime large clumps of soil can fall over the pushoff and onto the rear shield. It is important to keep material buildup to a minimum.

When operating in muddy conditions dirt can build up around the tire sides and the rear. Remove dirt immediatley whereas is can start to wear and cut the tire quickly.

The rear carriage has four steel rollers that are greaseable. Confirm they are greased regularly and are in good working condition. You might have to move the ejector wall forward to inspect properly.
Confirm there is no dirt buildup of material behind the rear carriage. Again it will be easier to clean out when the ejector wall is forward to remove material.
Visually inspect the wheel nuts are tight. Remove any large dirt clumps that might be trapped inside the wheel to prevent damage to the valve stem.

Inspect the ejector cylinder pins are tight and there is no mud buildup on the cylinder or hydraulic lines.
